We are seeking to complement our staff team at Pilgrim Hall, Easons Green, near Uckfield, East Sussex with the appointment of a Hospitality Manager.

Hospitality Manager (Pilgrim Hall)

A respected people manager, with proven experience in the hospitality or catering industries to lead, train and develop a team of staff and volunteers in the provision of professional hospitality to church and business groups. With flexibility to work variable hours, including weekends and Bank Holidays, you will become a key member of a caring, customer-focused team, working within the unique atmosphere of Pilgrim Hall, engaging with the Christian ethos of the organisaiton and demonstrating a passionf for developing the future activities of the conference centre within the wider vision of Memralife Group This role holds a genuine occupational requirement for the post holder to be a committed Christian.

Manufacturing & Warehouse

Working in our Eastbourne based plant, with responsibility for the duplication of DVDs and cassettes, stock control, or the picking and despatch of products to trade or customers, our manufacturing and warehouse team are required to demonstrate attention to detail when working under pressure and a flexible attitude in carrying out routine tasks.

Pilgrim Hall

Working at our Christian centre and conference venue at Eason’s Green, East Sussex, our staff team take pride in delivering an excellent experience to all who visit. With a broad range of roles which ensure the smooth running of the operation from office to kitchen, grounds and maintenance to housekeeping, our dedicated staff and volunteers are required to work together as a professional team providing a service with a smile at all times.
