Production & Warehouse Manager

ICC Duplication & studios requlire a Manager to oversee their Eastbourne factory unit and to act as the main interface with Head Office.

With responsibility for a small staff team, the role will involve oversight of the manufacture, duplication, packing and despatch of CDs and DVDs, technical provision for events, responsibility for Health & Safety and maintenance of the premises.  Ensuring that working practices are maintained in accordance with the Christian ethos of the organisation, the role will also involve leading volunteer teams and assuming pastoral responsibility for staff and volunteers at Christian conferences across the UK.

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:

  • An aptitutde for technical environments
  • Familiarity with the operation of machinery
  • Good computer literacy
  • People management experience
  • A methodical approach in working to deadlines
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Working knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation
  • Ability to fulfil physically demanding work, including lifting tasks.

This position carries a Genuine Occupational Requirement for the post-holder to be a committed Christian.  The successful applicant will be required to apply for an Enhanced Disclosure from the Criminal Records Bureau.

Pilgrim Hall is a Christian Conference Centre in Eason's Green, catering for both residential and day groups.  We are currently recruiting casual staff to work in the dining rooms and wash up area.  Weekend and evening shifts are available.
